What is Rideout Boost?

Rideout Boost pays more when you ride near other players. The base amount is not published. A Robux pass says you can get up to a 3x Rideout Boost. VIP separately lists +50% Rideout Multiplier. How those combine is not written down.

No. The official page says riding pays Cash and that Rideout Boost pays more near other riders. A $60 per 100 metres line and a 2.25x wheelie cap come from a later guide. A 5 October clip shows different HUD totals. Use those as examples, then time your own ride.
